This flexible working time agreement is defined between [company name] and [employee name]. All obligations and responsibilities of the Employee, as well as the Company`s Terms of Employment, remain unchanged, except as expressly modified by this Agreement. Any failure by the Employee to comply with this Agreement may result in a change or termination of the flexible work arrangement set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement is effective from [Date] and will remain in effect indefinitely, unless modified or terminated by [Company Name] or the Employee. In the event that the Company or the Employee intends to terminate this Agreement, a notice period of at least four weeks will be notified in writing. In the event of an emergency in the workplace, this agreement may be suspended immediately and indefinitely. This Agreement may be revised at any time at the request of either party. I have read and understood this Agreement and all its terms. By signing below, I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. This agreement presupposes that the employee permanently meets the following conditions: A flexible work arrangement (FWA) allows an employee to choose when they start working, where they want to work and when they will stop working.
[1] The idea is to manage work-life balance, and the benefits of FWA can include reduced employee stress and increased overall job satisfaction. [1] On the contrary, some refrain from using their FWA because they fear that the lack of visibility could have a negative impact on their careers. [2] Overall, this type of scheme has a positive impact on incompatible work/family obligations, which can be considered as work that affects family obligations or family-related family obligations. [3] The FWA is also useful for those suffering from illness or responsibility in intensive care, where without FWA part-time work would be the only option. [4] FWA tends to favour full-time employees, paid positions, and male-dominated jobs or industries. While there appears to be equal access in the male-dominated workplace, in female-dominated workplaces, women and men are less likely to have schedule control. It is argued that this is due to female-dominated jobs with low-paying roles and unfavourable working conditions. [9] According to gender role theory, society imposes different roles on women and men solely on the basis of their biological sex (gender stereotypes). [3] Given the competing forces that women workers face between their workplace and their home, FWAs are made very attractive.
[3] FWA also has the ability to encourage men to play a nursing role as they have equal access to the program. [4] The agreed flexible working arrangements are described as follows: __ -Further research is being conducted by the European Commission (2017) as to why an employer may reject an FWA application. Based on access considerations, it is argued that the group most in need of FWA may not be able to access it. __________ [6] Expand your toolbox with the tools and techniques you need to meet your unique business needs. .
